What an exciting start to the term!
The kitchen has just purchased a new oven! This means less crowding at the stove top and more baking capacity – making cooking class even better! I would like to send huge thanks to Mrs Wells and Mrs Gaul for facilitating this exciting change in the kitchen.
For the start of this term the grade 3-4’s have been making Saag Paneer. This is an indian spinach and cheese dish, utilising all the yummy greens we have in the garden, and with an added bonus of making the cheese! This has turned cooking into a science experiment – a really tasty one!
